Digjy.com – Refund & Returns Policy

Digjy.com (“Digjy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a creator-driven marketplace for digital products, downloadable goods, NFTs, creative services, and API-connected vendor integrations. Because of the nature of digital items and automated delivery systems, our refund and return policies differ from those for physical goods.

This Refund & Returns Policy explains how refunds, returns, cancellations, and disputes are handled for purchases made on Digjy.com.


1. General Policy for Digital Products

Digital products on Digjy.com are non-tangible, instantly delivered goods.
As a result:

🚫 All sales of digital products are generally final and non-refundable.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Downloadable files (e-books, templates, audio, video, plugins, graphics, codes, presets)

  • Software licenses or activation keys

  • NFTs or tokenized digital assets

  • API-driven digital goods (e.g., Print-on-Demand designs, auto-delivery systems)

  • Access to digital communities, paid newsletters, or membership areas

  • Digital downloads created by sellers using third-party integrations

Once access to the digital content has been granted or the file has been downloaded, returned, or transferred, Digjy cannot reverse the transaction or guarantee deletion of the file by the buyer.


2. Exceptions to the “No Refunds” Rule

Digjy will consider requests for refunds ONLY under the following circumstances:

A. Duplicate Purchase

If the buyer accidentally purchases the same product more than once, Digjy may issue a refund for the duplicate order.

B. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Purchase

If Digjy determines that a transaction was unauthorized or compromised, a refund may be granted after investigation.

C. Non-Delivery of Digital Product (Seller Error)

A refund may be issued if:

  • The seller fails to deliver the digital product

  • The download link is broken or missing

  • The product is never accessible after purchase

Buyers must contact the seller first to attempt resolution. If the seller does not respond within 5 days, the buyer may escalate to Digjy Support.

D. Defective or Corrupted File

If the digital product is unusable due to corruption, missing files, or technical problems not caused by the buyer, Digjy may require the seller to fix the issue or issue a refund.

E. Misrepresentation

If the product listing is significantly different from what was delivered, and the seller refuses correction, Digjy may intervene and provide a refund.

All exceptions are evaluated individually. Digjy maintains full discretion over all refund decisions.


3. Services, Subscriptions & Custom Deliverables

Certain categories have unique refund rules:

A. Creative or Digital Services (e.g., design, coding, consulting)

Refunds depend on the seller’s service terms; however:

  • If no work has started, a cancellation may be possible.

  • If partial work has been completed, a partial refund may be issued.

  • Completed services are not refundable.

B. Subscription Products

Subscriptions or memberships may be canceled at any time but are non-refundable for previous billing periods.

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • The subscription was renewed unintentionally, and no access was used.

  • There was a technical issue preventing use of the service.

C. NFT Purchases

Due to blockchain immutability:

  • NFT transactions are final, non-reversible, and non-refundable.

  • Digjy cannot reverse blockchain transfers.


4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers on Digjy agree to:

  • Deliver products exactly as described

  • Respond to buyer inquiries within 3–5 business days

  • Resolve disputes professionally

  • Honor Digjy’s policies even if they differ from their personal policies

  • Not use misleading, inaccurate, or deceptive listing content

Sellers who repeatedly violate rules may face:

  • Order cancellation

  • Refund enforcement

  • Temporary account restriction

  • Permanent marketplace removal


5. How to Request a Refund

Buyers must:

  1. Contact the seller via Digjy messaging to resolve the issue.

  2. If unresolved after 5 days, open a support ticket with:

    • Order ID

    • Product name

    • Description of the issue

    • Any evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

Refund reviews may take 5–10 business days.


6. Returns & Exchanges

Because digital products cannot be “returned,” no physical or digital returns are required or accepted.
Exchanges may be permitted by the seller if:

  • The product has multiple versions, or

  • The seller provides an updated or corrected version

Digjy does not guarantee exchanges.


7. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks harm both sellers and the platform. Digjy actively disputes invalid chargebacks.

Buyers who file fraudulent chargebacks may face:

  • Permanent account suspension

  • Legal action for abuse

  • Reporting to payment processors


8. Marketplace Discretion

Digjy reserves the right to:

  • Issue or deny refunds at its sole discretion

  • Intervene in disputes when necessary

  • Support both buyers and sellers fairly

  • Update this policy at any time
