Digjy facilitates secure payments between buyers and sellers of digital products, downloadable content, services, and NFTs. Digjy partners with trusted third-party payment processors to handle transactions safely and efficiently.

Seller payouts

Refunds & chargebacks
NFT or on-chain payments
2. Accepted Payment Methods

Digjy does not store full credit card numbers.
3. Buyer Billing

By completing a purchase, you authorize Digjy or its payment partners to:

Retry failed or declined payments
B. Digital Product Delivery
Most digital products are delivered instantly after payment.
Some services or custom work may have delivery timelines outlined in the listing.
C. Taxes & VAT
Taxes may be:

Withheld and remitted by Digjy where legally required
Users are responsible for understanding and complying with tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
4. Subscription Billing (If Applicable)
If Digjy offers subscription-based tools or memberships:
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
You will be billed at the start of each subscription cycle
Renewal dates are shown in your account settings
You may cancel at any time to stop future charges
Previous charges cannot be refunded after renewal unless required by law

Digjy processes payouts according to its payout cycle (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly).
Funds may be held temporarily for:
Fraud review
Dispute investigations
Chargeback risks
Account verification
C. Minimum Payout Thresholds
If applicable, a minimum threshold may be required before payout.
D. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must:
Provide correct payment info
Complete identity verification (KYC)
Comply with all tax obligations
Digjy is not responsible for incorrect payouts due to inaccurate seller details.
6. Platform Fees
Digjy may charge fees for:
Sales transactions
Subscription services
Listing or promotion upgrades
Marketplace commissions
NFT minting, transfer, or blockchain fees (gas fees)
All applicable fees will be disclosed in the Seller Dashboard or during checkout.
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by Digjy’s Refund & Returns Policy.

8. Chargebacks

Not submit fraudulent or abusive chargebacks
Provide accurate information if a chargeback investigation occurs
Consequences of abusive/fraudulent chargebacks include:
Account suspension or permanent ban
Reversal of funds to Digjy or the seller
Legal action in severe cases
Loss of access to purchased products
Digjy reserves the right to dispute chargebacks with evidence.
9. Fraud Prevention
To protect buyers and sellers, Digjy may:
Perform account verification checks
Place temporary holds on funds
Monitor suspicious transactions
Reject high-risk orders
Require additional identification
Users attempting fraud or abuse will be removed from the platform.
10. NFT, Blockchain, & Crypto Payments
For blockchain-related transactions:
Crypto payments may be irreversible
NFT transfers cannot be undone once completed
Gas fees are the buyer’s responsibility
Refunds for NFT purchases may be limited
Digjy cannot modify blockchain data
Sellers must ensure accurate metadata and delivery of NFT assets.
11. Price Changes
Digjy and sellers may adjust pricing at any time.
Subscription fees may also change, and Digjy will notify users of:
Renewals
Price increases
Upcoming billing changes
Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated pricing.
12. Billing Errors
If you notice an error in billing, contact:
You must notify Digjy within 30 days of the issue.
Unreported errors outside this period may not be eligible for review.
13. Account Holds & Restrictions
Digjy may freeze or restrict accounts when:
Disputes are open
Fraud is suspected
Chargebacks occur
Payment information is invalid

Holds may delay payouts or prevent purchases until resolved.
