DIGJY.COM – API USAGE TERMS

Effective Date: 11/15/2025

These API Usage Terms (“API Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Digjy.com Application Programming Interface, SDKs, Webhooks, and any related developer tools (collectively, the “Digjy API”).

By accessing or using the Digjy API, you (“Developer,” “You,” or “User”) agree to comply with these API Terms, the Digjy Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Seller Policies, and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Digjy API.


1. OVERVIEW OF THE DIGJY API

The Digjy API enables approved developers, sellers, and partners to:

  • Manage product listings

  • Sync digital assets and metadata

  • Manage orders, digital deliveries, and services

  • Integrate print-on-demand or third-party data feeds

  • Manage seller data, storefront content, media, and inventory

  • Retrieve buyer or seller account data (where permitted)

  • Automate workflows and connect external apps

  • Use webhooks for real-time platform events

Digjy may modify, update, or discontinue API features at any time.


2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCESS

2.1 Account Requirements

To use the API, you must:

  • Have an active Digjy account in good standing

  • Complete all API verification processes

  • Maintain accurate developer information

  • Agree to all platform policies

2.2 API Keys & Authentication

You will receive API credentials (keys, tokens, secrets, etc.).
You must:

  • Keep credentials confidential

  • Store them securely

  • Never share keys publicly or embed them in client-side code

  • Immediately report any unauthorized access

Digjy may revoke or rotate keys at any time.


3. PERMITTED USE OF THE API

You may use the Digjy API to:

  • Build applications that interact with Digjy’s platform

  • Sync, list, or manage digital products

  • Integrate external platforms (e.g., print-on-demand, game distributors, AI tools)

  • Build dashboards, seller tools, or automations

  • Analyze legitimate performance metrics

  • Sync orders, buyers, inventory, and delivery assets

All permitted usage must comply with:

  • Digjy Terms of Use

  • Intellectual Property Policy

  • Developer best practices

  • Applicable laws and regulations

Incomplete or misleading integrations are prohibited.


4. PROHIBITED USE OF THE API

You may NOT:

4.1 Use the API to:

  • Circumvent Digjy fees, payments, or official checkout

  • Replicate or compete with Digjy.com

  • Scrape or harvest data beyond allowed endpoint policies

  • Build a data broker service

  • Store Digjy user data without consent

  • Misrepresent Digjy content or listings

  • Build malware, bots, or harmful scripts

4.2 Prohibited Data Actions

You must NOT:

  • Cache or store user personal data longer than legally permitted

  • Sell or resell Digjy data

  • Use data for advertising without explicit permission

  • Mine data for unauthorized profiling

  • Expose private seller, buyer, or transaction information

4.3 Security Violations

You must NOT:

  • Bypass authentication

  • Conduct load testing without written approval

  • Reverse engineer Digjy systems

  • Exploit vulnerabilities

Violation may result in immediate termination.


5. RATE LIMITS

Digjy may enforce rate limits on all API access, including:

  • Requests per minute

  • Requests per hour

  • Bulk operation limits

  • Webhook event limits

  • Gateway throttling

Exceeding rate limits may result in:

  • Temporary throttling

  • Suspension

  • API key revocation

Specific rate limit values may be provided in the Developer Documentation.


6. DATA USE, PRIVACY & SECURITY

6.1 Data Access

Your app may only access data that:

  • Is necessary for your app’s function

  • You have permission to access

  • Users have explicitly authorized

6.2 Data Storage & Retention

You must:

  • Store data securely (encryption required)

  • Delete data upon user request or account removal

  • Not store sensitive data unless absolutely necessary

6.3 Privacy & Consent

You must comply with:

  • GDPR

  • CCPA

  • Data privacy laws applicable to your region

  • Digjy.com Privacy Policy


7. WEBHOOKS

If your integration uses webhooks:

  • You must verify signatures

  • You must respond with proper status codes

  • You may not replay or fake events

  • You must not expose webhook URLs publicly

Webhook retries may occur for delivery failures.


8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSES

8.1 Ownership

Digjy retains all ownership of:

  • API technology

  • Documentation

  • Branding

  • Platform data

  • SDKs, sample code, and tools

8.2 License to You

Digjy grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the API solely for compliant purposes.

8.3 Your License to Digjy

You grant Digjy permission to:

  • Use your integration

  • Display your app or connection

  • Promote interoperability

  • Test or evaluate your API usage


9. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

If you integrate with external services (e.g., Printify, Yoycol, Rarible, Thirdweb, Firebase):

  • You must comply with all third-party terms

  • Digjy is not responsible for downtime, API changes, errors, or data issues caused by third-party platforms

  • You must not imply official partnership unless approved


10. FEES

Digjy may charge fees for:

  • API access

  • Premium API tiers

  • Webhook delivery tiers

  • Commercial usage

  • Enterprise integrations

Fees will be disclosed in the API Documentation and may change with notice.


11. TERMINATION & SUSPENSION

Digjy may suspend or terminate API access for:

  • Policy violations

  • Fraud or unauthorized access

  • Security concerns

  • Abuse, excessive usage, or rate limit breaches

  • Misuse of user data

  • Legal requests or obligations

  • API changes or discontinuation

Upon termination:

  • You must stop all API calls immediately

  • Delete all API-derived data unless legally required to retain


12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Digjy API is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

Digjy does NOT guarantee:

  • Uptime

  • Error-free integration

  • Data accuracy

  • Continued API availability

  • Compatibility with future versions


13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Digjy is NOT liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

  • Digjy is NOT responsible for integration failures or data loss

  • Digjy’s total liability will not exceed $100 USD or the amount paid to Digjy for API access in the last 12 months


14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Digjy from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the API

  • Misuse of data

  • Security breaches caused by your app

  • Intellectual property violations

  • Violations of these API Terms or applicable law


15. MODIFICATIONS

Digjy may update these API Terms at any time.
Continued use of the API constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
