Digjy gives customers 48 hours after making a purchase to file a dispute. The reason for this timeframe is due to the product being digital. Therefore all customers are giving 48 hours to determine if the product isn’t delivered as it was described in the details during the time of purchase. If not, the customer will automatically receive a refund for the digital product purchased on Digjy.
The seller will have received their payment and the customer will have to contact the sellers to settle their issue.
