We are not responsible for the content, quality, functionality, or legality of the games listed on our platform. It is the sole responsibility of the seller to ensure they have the necessary rights and licenses to distribute the games they offer. You acknowledge that you are purchasing games at your own risk.
3. Seller Responsibility:
Sellers are responsible for:
- The accuracy and completeness of their game listings.
- Ensuring they have the necessary rights and licenses to distribute the games they offer.
- Delivering the game key to the buyer upon purchase.
4. Your Responsibility as Buyer:
By purchasing a game on Everyone.Games, you agree to:
- Read the game description carefully and understand the risks involved.
- Only purchase games that you are legally authorized to possess.
- Not hold Everyone.Games responsible for any issues with the game key, including its validity, functionality, or legitimacy.
5. Transaction Processing:
- Payment: You pay the seller directly through our platform for the game key.
- Delivery: The seller or the API distributor (if applicable) is responsible for delivering the game key to you.
- Fees: We charge a marketplace fee:
- 10% for developers selling directly through us.
- $10.00 for games listed through the API.
6. API Usage:
Everyone.Games utilizes a third-party API Game Distributor to verify the seller’s ability to resell games. We are not responsible for the actions or practices of the API Game Distributor.
7. User Conduct:
You agree to use the Platform in a lawful and respectful manner. You will not:
- Upload or post any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or threatening.
- Violate any intellectual property rights of others.
- Use the Platform for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.
8. Termination:
We may terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties:
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
