Everyone.Games recognizes that unforeseen circumstances can arise after a digital game purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund.
Important Note: Due to the nature of digital assets, all requests must be submitted within two (2) days of your purchase.
Eligible Returns:
- Non-functioning key: If the game key you receive is invalid or non-functioning, you may request a full refund.
- Accidental duplicate purchase: If you unintentionally purchase the same game key twice, you may request a full refund for the duplicate purchase.
- Misrepresentation: If the game description on the platform significantly misrepresents the content or functionality of the game, you may request a full refund.
Ineligible Returns:
- Buyer’s remorse: We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Please ensure you carefully review the game description and understand the risks involved before purchasing.
- Technical issues: Issues arising from your computer hardware, software, or internet connection are not grounds for a refund.
- Partially used keys: Refunds cannot be issued for partially used game keys.
- Refunds after two days: Returns and refund requests will not be considered after two (2) days of your purchase.

- Locate the game purchase you wish to return.
- Click the “Refund” button.
- Select the reason for your refund from the provided options.
- Briefly explain the issue you encountered (optional).

Refund Process:
Our customer support team will review your request within 24 hours. If your request is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
